'Beat the whites with the red wedge' by El Lissitzky (1890–1941). 

El Lissitzky designed many exhibitions and propaganda for the Soviet Union in the early 20th century. His development of the ideas behind the Suprematist art movement were very influential in the development of the Bauhaus and the Constructivist art movements. His stylistic characteristics and experimentation with production techniques developed in the 1920s and 30s have been an influence on graphic designers since with perhaps his most famous propaganda poster "Beat the whites with the red wedge".
